White House Formally Withdraws Nomination of Craig Becker to NLRB

So, the day has finally come the SEIU’s attorney inside the NLRB, Craig Becker, can now go back to the SEIU or AFL-CIO to attack businesses and the rights of union-free workers from outside the government.
WITHDRAWAL SENT TO THE SENATE:
Craig Becker, of Illinois, to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board for the term of five years expiring December 16, 2014, vice Dennis P. Walsh, which was sent to the Senate on January 26, 2011.
via The White House.
Like former Teamster attorney and recently expired NLRB Chair Wilma Liebman, Becker will likely do the occasional speech on how poorly the partisanship at the NLRB has deteriorated the NLRB’s credibility.
Of course, they will likely fail to mention their own actions as being a causal factor of said partisanship.
