I thought shopping malls were “private property” with established rules of conduct and enforcement of “no tresspass” for certain actions such as labor or polictical actions if uninvited or not sponsored ? 1st amendment and gathering do not apply on private property as shown by court rulings. get your permit and protest on the street. some of us dont have jobs to protest about.
