Al Sharpton Blows It With Reporter: Claims Government Pension Reform Is Civil Rights Violation

Comedian Al Sharpton was in San Diego drumming up business for AFSCME when he was confronted by KUSI reporter Tom Jordan, who questioned Sharpton’s equating government pension reform to civil rights violations.

While it is refreshing to see a reporter finally doing the job reporters are supposed to do by not taking Sharpton’s rhetoric at face value, after watching this video, one might wonder if Al Sharpton even understands the difference between a defined benefit versus a define contribution plan.
