NLRB: Brian Hayes joins NLRB today as fifth Board member

Brian Hayes, former Republican Labor Policy Director for the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions, will join the National Labor Relations Board today, bringing the body to its full five-member strength for the first time since December 2007.
Mr. Hayes was sworn in Tuesday evening by Sen. Mike Enzi at his offices in the RussellBuilding to fill a term expiring in December 2012. He was nominated to the position by President Obama in July 2009.
